Ten Months Old!

Nick is 10 months old already and I just can’t get over how much his personality has been coming through.  The kid is an absolute ham!  He loves chasing after his sister and cousin and will melt your heart with his little smile and giggle.  We went a couple of weeks ago to Penney's to get Nick’s 9 month portraits made, and he did not take a bad shot.  I ended up buying the entire CD because I couldn’t decide which ones I wanted!  Here are a couple of my favorites.

Nick is zooming around the house and has started to show a little bit more interest in cruising and walking while holding our hands, so who knows when he will take off.  This month he has really gotten good at turning around and going down the stairs on his belly and has also started waving to anyone and everyone.   He also says “mama” and I have even heard “bye” once or twice.

Here are a few pictures from this month:

New Blog & Nine Months Old

Since my blog has not exactly been all about babies, I have decided to start a new one that shows my cooking and sewing projects as well as a little more about being a mostly stay at home mom.  Plus, having my last name in the web address was kind of bugging me and I just needed a change.

Of course I am getting the nine month pictures and post up about one and a half weeks before Nick is 10 months.  This has been a crazy month y’all, but I’m realizing more and more that where I’m at right now is exactly where I want/need to be, and I am so so grateful for it.

Any-who, Bubs is 9 months old!  He’s a jabbering, crawling, smiling bag of fun.  He loves any food, but is partial to Cheerios and Bananas.  He’s constantly chasing after Aubrey and has been dubbed “Nick the Quick” for his ability to be back into something .00075 seconds after you get him away from it.  He climbs all over everything.  As you can see, I’m a little busy with him these days.

He has started sleeping through the night finally, which is great, and he’s a pretty decent napper.  With all of his pulling up and climbing, I think walking will happen pretty soon.  He’s just dying to keep up with Sis and Sam. Here are some outtakes from this month’s photo session.
